Parameters:

classLoader - the classloader to scan

paResourceRootPath - see ProcessArchiveXml.PROP_RESOURCE_ROOT_PATH

metaFileUrl - the URL to the META-INF/processes.xml file

Returns:

a Map of process definitions

findResources
