public interface ArtifactFactory
Create and destroy artifacts of a given class in a container specific way.
This SPI hides differences between CDI, Spring, etc.

The default implementation uses Class.newInstance to create artifacts.
The CDI specific version utilizes the BeanManager to resolve the
